About Deescalate

Our founder and lead trainer, Craig Bidois: has over 40 years of experience in frontline staff duties, including international policing and active duty peacekeeping operations overseas. I bring a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to training in de-escalation. My background also includes extensive work with local emergency services, specifically frontline ambulance operations, where I have witnessed the critical need for effective conflict resolution skills in high-pressure situations.



 

For the past 20 years, I have been dedicated to training staff across a diverse range of industries, including local government, healthcare, retail, reception, call centres, banking, transportation, construction, and roading crews. This extensive experience has allowed me to understand first-hand the challenges that frontline personnel face daily. I have walked in their shoes, and I empathise deeply with the stress and demands of their roles.
