Craig Bidois, Founder

Built through policing, peacekeeping, emergency services and decades spent leading people under pressure.

 

With over 40 years of frontline operational experience our founder Craig Bidois brings a deeply practical and human approach to de-escalation training.

​

For more than 20 years, he has worked in this field training 1000's of staff in organisations across healthcare, government, transport, retail and high-pressure frontline sectors — helping teams strengthen communication, situational awareness, conflict resolution and decision-making under pressure.

​

Built on real-world operational experience, our training is designed to improve human response, reduce escalation risk and build calm, confident leadership in complex environments.
